Can I try runtm before upgrading?
Yes, the Free tier gives you full access to core features with Claude Code and no credit card required.
What's the difference between Base and Standard sandboxes?
Every session runs in its own isolated cloud sandbox. Base sandboxes (Free) have 2 vCPUs and 2 GB of RAM. Standard sandboxes (Builder and above) double that to 4 vCPUs and 4 GB, which makes a real difference for larger projects and heavier builds. Enterprise can go beyond that with custom resources.
What are pre-built repo snapshots?
Enterprise teams can create templates from their own Docker images with services already running. Instead of waiting for setup, your team gets a ready-to-go environment (like Rails + Postgres) that boots in under a second.
What is BYOK (bring your own keys)?
You can plug in your own API keys for AI providers like Anthropic or OpenAI. You manage your own usage and billing directly with the provider, and runtm handles the orchestration.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What coding agents are supported?
Free includes Claude Code. Builder and above unlock all supported agents, including Codex and Gemini CLI as they become available.
What are spend controls?
Admins on Teams and Enterprise can set cost limits per session, per day, or per month for each user. You can choose whether limits just warn users or block them outright.
